Our proven process helps you gain traction on what matters most.
Discovery Session
A 90-minute initial meeting to gain clarity around your goals, review assessment results, and set the meeting cadence.
Assessments and Tools
We begin all coaching engagements with a behavioral and a motivation assessment. Other assessments may be recommended as we progress. We assign homework as part of the engagement. Clients who fully participate will get the most out of our relationship.
Meeting Format
The program includes six 60-minute coaching sessions. The topic of discussion will be based on our initial discovery session. Examples include:
- Managing relationships
- Communications
- Transitioning roles
- Stress and boundaries
Sessions may be in person (Central Houston) or virtual.

- Unlimited email support
- Up to three 10-minute clarity calls
Roadmap
At the end of the engagement, you will walk away with a customized roadmap with tailored observations and practices to support your ongoing growth and development.
